Are you interested in the exciting future of Bellevue? Our Transportation Department is looking for a Development Review Engineer to join our team. The Transportation Department's mission is to provide a safe and efficient transportation system that supports livable neighborhoods and a vital economy in partnership with the community.
 
The City of Bellevue is experiencing a flurry of growth and development. We are looking for an extraordinary candidate, who is enthusiastic to bring their skills to the fast-paced development environment. You will be responsible for reviewing proposed commercial and residential development for traffic impacts and compliance with roadway engineering standards and city code. You must possess a high attention to detail and strong communication skills. This is a unique interdepartmental role between Transportation and Development Services, wherein collaboration skills and teamwork are needed for successful outcomes. Knowledge of traffic impact analysis and civil engineering plan review is preferred, but not required.
