PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
The primary objective of the Finance Manager is to provide financial support for the FindLaw and the SLFP Segment. Primary responsibilities include the management, training and development of two senior financial analysts, full P&L and balance sheet responsibility for FindLaw Lead Solutions business, decision support and planning & analysis for the SLFP Segment, FindLaw Marketing, and FindLaw Audience and Lead Solutions teams.

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: Include but not limited to
- Manage the full P&L for the FindLaw Lead Solutions business, including revenue, contribution margin, inventory obsolescence, Paid Search, FTEs, and other operating expenses.
- Manage the balance sheet for FindLaw Lead Solutions business, including Capex, deferred revenue, inventory, and prepaid expenses.
- Provide financial support for business analysis projects, such as assessing opportunities for business growth, profitability improvements, investment analysis, margin improvement opportunities, inventory management, and other key business and operational metrics.
- Manage Access database containing CAKE lead management system data, which is used for financial reporting & analysis and decision support
- Partner with Lead Solutions and Finance management teams to develop and implement incentive plans for key management personnel. Oversee incentive plans and calculations.
- Provide full financial support for SLFP segment including planning, forecasting, business cases, decision support, and other ad hoc analyses
- Partner with FindLaw Lead Solutions, FindLaw Marketing, and FindLaw Audience teams to develop planning and forecasting assumptions. Manage and oversee financial planning models and templates.
- Support the SAP and PIC order-to-cash integration for FindLaw Lead Solutions business
- Motivate, develop, and lead team of two senior financial analysts
- Create management presentations and other ad-hoc analysis and special projects as defined by the needs of the business.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
- Four-year college degree required. Business, finance, or accounting degree with MBA or CPA preferred
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with various levels within the organization including senior leadership
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Business Objects
- Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving, including data analysis, and validation
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, and ability to identify and improve processes
- People management/supervisory experience preferred
