ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The individual in this position will assist the Bank's Commercial Relationship Manager(s) by performing all duties associated with the Commercial Relationship Manager position as assigned by the Commercial Relationship Manager. This will include completing activities to help analyze new opportunities and close the loans in accordance with established lending objectives, policies and procedures. The individual will also assist in maintaining and servicing existing customers as well as ensuring that credit quality guidelines and policies are met and monitored. Assist the Commercial Relationship Manager by requesting and obtaining all information needed from the client or prospect to underwrite the credit request; assist the Commercial Relationship Manager by working jointly with the credit department to appropriately underwrite the credit, and to develop the appropriate credit structure in relationship to the credit risk; assist the Commercial Relationship
