PS DOORS is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our strategic marketing efforts. Position Summary: Responsible for all activities related to planning, implementing, and executing market strategy in support of company sales goals for a dynamic growth company. Specific responsibilities include business and market development; market research and short and long term planning; strategic direction for innovative marketing and promotion of existing and exciting new product launches and, hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of an expanding marketing staff. Essential Job Functions: Develop annual marketing plan to include innovative strategies, tactics and resource requirements necessary to achieve company goals. Develop and manage annual marketing budgets. Develop and recommend product positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share and organizational profits. Ensure effective management of marketing results, and provide timely strategic corrections to achieve marketing objectives. Oversee and evaluate ongoing market research initiatives to insure maximum market penetration and to access competitive strategies and success. Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and present to management. Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events. Assist departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications. Effectively implement and maintain online presence. Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment. Identify and provide input to new product research and development team. Required Qualifications: Bachelorâs Degree in Marketing or Business Minimum of 10+ years related experience with progressive leadership responsibilities Experience in marketing for manufacturing based businesses Ability to plan and lead at strategic and operational levels Entrepreneurial spirit along with team orientated innovation skills a must Effective ability to communicate orally and in written form with management and external customers Intermediate to advanced skill level using Microsoft Office Suite applications Preferred Qualifications: Masters of Business Administration (MBA) 15+ years related experience Proven track record of affecting business growth When applying for this position, please mention you found it on JobDig.
