ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Makes a projected weekly work plan based on projected sales. Develops with Store Manager a plan for department budgeting goals, and ways to achieve them. Monitors plan-to-actual daily and makes appropriate adjustments. Consults regularly with Produce Merchandiser regarding department operation. Develops coordinated, aggressive and creative merchandising plans for the Produce Department, which maximize sales potential.
