Business Systems Specialist

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain availability and integrity of all Wealth Management and Trust systems for Bankers Trust Company and affiliates. Assist with production implementation and support of new and existing technologies Installing, configuring, and upgrading Wealth Management and Trust systems and applications, database and Report generation and design, monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks channels, provide systems support and incident management for all of Wealth Management and Trust platforms, assist with systems set up and systems resolutions of issues, troubleshooting system problems, diagnosing root cause, and solving software fault, providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant and custom reports, supporting the roll-out of new applications, identify, research, and document Wealth Management and Trust systems enhancements, maintain compliance with Trust Policy Manual and regulatory requirements, design, develop and maintain application support materials, including online documents, and other material to assist users in independent learning, maintain a positive, helpful attitude with end users, act as a liaison between Systems team and business divisions. EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE : 2 or 4 year college degree in Computer Science, MIS or business related field, 4 years of experience with systems or equivalent combination of education and experience. REQUIRED SKILLS : VB scripting skill, SQL experience, SharePoint experience, ability to work against strict deadlines, accuracy with numbers, strong problem solving skills, excellent phone/communication skills, experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel & Access, keyboarding skills.
