ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Under the direction of the Deposit Operations Manager, this position is responsible to ensure all documentation relating to demand deposit accounts (DDA), savings accounts, certificates of deposit accounts (CDs) and safe deposit boxes are compliant with all regulatory rules and bank policy regarding account titling, appropriate signatures and completeness of all appropriate documentation. This position is also responsible for ensuring accurate set up on the FIS IBS core and all service levels are met for our customers. New account processing, closed account processing, change of address, account maintenance - of all kinds relating to any deposit account, Customer Identification Program Verification, exception tracking. EDUCATION : High School Diploma / GED, 2 years banking experience. REQUIRED SKILLS : Communication skills - both verbally and in writing, Customer Focus - provide outstanding customer service to all customers, internal and external, organized - able to multitask and prioritize work within deadlines, Detail oriented, problem solver - ability to solve problems or provide solutions.
