Director of Finance and Information Technology

Under the general administrative direction of the City Manager, the Director of Finance & Information Technology provides comprehensive oversight and management of the City’s Finance & Information Technology Services Department.   

The Director of Finance & Information Technology   performs complex professional, administrative and technical accounting and finance duties in maintaining the fiscal records and systems of the City.  The Director plans, organizes, directs and evaluates the City’s overall financial operations and fiscal planning functions, serving as a resource to the City Manager, other City departments and the City Council on specific municipal finance issues, budget preparation and consequences of fiscal alternatives and options. The Director of Finance & Information Technology is also responsible for all aspects of the City’s information technology function and serves as a liaison to the City’s Arts Commission.
