AVP, Electronic Banking Product Services Manager

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Oversee and direct the assigned Electronic Banking Products, Systems and Services, including new implementations and enhancements, budgeting, issue monitoring and resolution, and team monitoring and performance reviews. Interact with vendors as needed and assist with researching potential new products, systems, and services, as well as issues resolution for the applicable business units. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5-8 years of experience in bank operations or similar financial functions; and supervisory experience preferred, experience working with one or more of the following preferred: electronic payments, (ACH, wire transfer etc.) cards, ATMs or online banking. REQUIRED SKILLS : Understanding of bank operations, financial institutions, payment processing flows, and the financial networks for processing; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate and relate to people from personal and business relationships and varying levels of understanding and positions; ability to comprehend and create varying financial data reports and summaries; ability to lead, monitor, evaluate, direct, encourage, motivate, discipline, and delegate tasks to team members; ability to understand, use, monitor, and evaluate varying types of product/vendor systems; and strong organizational skills. WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time hours vary, beginning as early as 7:30 a.m. to ending at 6:00 p.m., Monday -Friday.
