Agent Program
- Develop an Agent Program, including defined SLAs, costs and work plan
- Partner with Strategic Sourcing to develop and execute RFPs, select potential new agents and collaborate on the review and evaluation of agent proposals
- Set up and analyze agent, fee and financial targets, identify alternatives, line up resources needed and collaborate with other teams across the organization to execute
- Operationalize agent selection, acquisition and terminations into business processes
- Work with global IP Payments service team to on-board new agents and deliver new or revised service offerings or standards
- Agent account management for new and existing partner relationships, act as primary point of contact. Create ongoing touch points with select agents. Take lead in agent on-site visits, setting agendas and objectives
- Confer with internal business stakeholders to identify agent problems and improvements, create a centralized tracking repository and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding
- Develop and deliver robust communication plans to ensure internal and external stakeholders are informed on agent activities, relationship status and strategies
- Provide analytical support and have a deep understanding of IP Payments business models
- Actively participate in shifting to direct Patent and Trademark Office interactions
- Share responsibility for complex fee data entry and validation, including updates performed using SQLQuality Control
- Identify, capture and report on key metrics relating to agents and their fees, including monthly dashboards
- In collaboration with finance and operations, closely monitor agent costs, track against to quarterly and annual goals and agent price commitments and report out to management.
- Create and lead the Agent Committee with internal stakeholders
- Collect, analyze, report on agent performance data to increase productivity, effectiveness and minimize risk; develop plans with global operation teams to address issues identified
- Perform analysis on IP Rules, including fees, and help to create and execute quality controls
- Support development of standard agent and fee policies, procedures and best practices
- Constantly evaluate current process and making recommendations for improvement, standardization and tools. Identify and execute on ideas.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Excellent written, verbal and face-to-face communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage very effectively on a global basis across various cultural and language barriers.
- Ability to effectively build relationships and be part of integrated cross functional teams in a global matrixed workplace and market space
- Strong team player capabilities, i.e., willing to offer assistance to others as appropriate, without being asked
- Creative problem solving and accuracy essential
- Critical thinker and analytical, with an eye for detail while never losing sight of the big picture
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with proven ability to drive for results and work toward long-term strategic goals
- Flexible, and adaptable to client, market and organizational changes
- Strong organizational/project management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- A proven and thorough knowledge of developing, identifying and promoting best practices, meeting project deadlines and business goals
- Knowledge of global intellectual property market highly desirable; understanding of IP Payments services a plus

- 2 years of experience in analytical reporting or account/relationship management
- Basic SQL query skills
