Responsible for all administrative support aspects for Retirement Plan Services. Internal support of relationship management with operations/record keeping and external support with participants and clients. Coordinate and oversee transaction processing by Operations and Record keeping. Address client and participant questions regarding transaction processing, issues, or problems. Assist with the delivery of products and services to clients and participants. Assist in preparing material for client and/or participant meetings. EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE: Associate's Degree and/or a combination of experience and education; Minimum 2 years of experience in the Retirement Industry with knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations. REQUIRED SKILLS : Knowledge of retirement plan types, securities processing, trust operations, and recordkeeping; Computer Skills-Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Systems-Relius Recordkeeping and Documents (preferred); AddVantage Trust Accounting (helpful); Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
