Applicants must have proven administrative experience in a student-facing role (preferably in a higher education setting), together with experience of organising a busy workload, assessing priorities and working independently and within a team. The posts involve acting as a first point of contact for queries from current students, teaching staff and external stakeholders, maintenance of student records, assessment administration, committee servicing, and working with confidential information. The post involves extensive communication with a varied mix of customers, therefore a high standard of written and spoken English skills is essential as is a high level of attention to detail.
