Applicants must have proven administrative experience in a student-facing role (preferably in a higher education setting), together with experience of organising a busy workload, assessing priorities and working independently and within a team. The posts involve acting as a first point of contact for queries from current students, teaching staff and external stakeholders, maintenance of student records, assessment administration, committee servicing, and working with confidential information.
