Progress Industries is currently hiring for a Management position to oversee two residential sites. Main responsibilities are to train/supervise staff, scheduling, home maintenance, and providing excellent services to adults with disabilities. Ideal candidates will be out-going, open-minded, able to manage multiple tasks, and able to work well independently with a variety of people. Must have supervisory experience and a post-high school education in human services/behavioral sciences, plus at least one year in residential service-delivery.
