Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Current Openings at Bankers Trust: Provide administrative support within the Commercial Lending Department. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Prepare various daily, weekly and monthly management reports; Manage Commercial Lending reception area by professionally greeting all visitors, showing appointments to conference rooms as needed, and other duties as required; Sort and deliver mail; Order supplies and initiate service requests. Coordinate meetings, including set up when needed; Provide back up as needed for Executive Assistant and Executive Office; Order business cards and approve orders when needed; Assist Executive Assistant with meeting planning and Board meeting reports; Routinely track property and hazard insurance on commercial and business loans. Process invoices; Prepare letters as requested; Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries. EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE : High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years administrative or related experience. REQUIRED SKILLS : Strong written and verbal communication skills; Strong PC skills; Strong Organization skills; Ability to multitask and prioritize; Must work well in a team environment; Ability to communicate professionally with customers, employee's, and all levels of management.
