ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative and sales support within Institutional Trust and Wealth Management Support Services. EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent, 3-4 years of high level administrative experience in a financial services or legal environment. Prior experience with trust or asset management services would be a plus. Post-secondary education preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excellent written & communication skills, Problem solving and research abilities; Various Trust and Bank related systems (Add Vantage, CRM), Ability to deal effectively with customers and all levels of the bank organization; Communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
