The Industry Solutions and Partnerships (IS&P) teams form part of the Strategic Customers & Solutions (SCS) business unit and are part of the Go To Market (GTM) organisation within Financial and Risk (F&R). The IS&P teams identify, build and launch industry-changing, scalable and profitable solutions for our customers that leverage both TR and third party assets and capabilities. The Partnerships business is a high growth area due to the changing nature of the financial services industry; as such this is a high profile business area within F&R.
The Senior Finance Analyst will provide analysis and business insight to the IS&P management team including Solutions Business Directors.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Build strong relationships with business management within IS&P teams. The Senior Finance Analyst will be a key business partner to the Regional Partnership Heads and Industry Solutions Business Directors and will provide direction and add value to the decision making process.
- Assist IS&P Director of Finance in development of annual budget and financial plans for IS&P and IS&P-driven initiatives.
- Support the development of business plans/business case analysis for new revenue generating partnership propositions ensuring these are profitable and meet margin requirements. Engage with key stakeholders in SCS, Regions, Design & Manager and Build & Operate to agree planning assumptions, scope and objectives.
- Identify and agree KPIs and associated targets required to measure success of new and existing propositions driven by IS&P.
- Ensure the provision of timely, insightful information to stakeholders in IS&P for decision making.
- Working with regional finance, business operations and other teams to ensure the accuracy of IS&P actual and projected sales performance.
- Assist in development of commission plans for Partnership Managers to ensure alignment with business deliverables. Work with commission analysts on preparation and review of quarterly commission statements and prepare recommendations to Director of Finance for sign-off of commission payments.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required by the business including financial presentations to leadership teams.
- Develop strong relationships across finance community globally.

The Senior Finance Analyst IS&P position is a full time role and will be based in the Canary Wharf office in London. This role will report into the Director of Finance, Industry Solutions & Partnerships.
Qualifications
- ACA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with Post Qualified Finance/Business experience.
- Deadline and detail orientated with an ability to drive and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good commercial deal support skills
- Strong financial modelling, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience of working in a complex matrix organisation.
