Batchman & Ready Mix Drivers

READY MIX CONCRETE BATCHMAN Responsibilities: Efficiently batches product with the proper mix and water content, making any necessary raw material and moisture adjustments. Batching, inventory management, communicating need of raw material deliveries and occasional preventative maintenance Ensure efficiency of drivers through the batch plant Work effectively with external and internal customers Qualifications: Minimum of one to three years related experience and/or training performing batching, blending or quality assurance functions. Demonstrated ability to multi-task with a track record of performing with high ethical standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP experience a plus Ability to compute rates, rations and percentages Basic computer skills with ability to use batch mixing system. READY MIX DRIVERS Driving ready mix truck, checking loads, washing mixer top to bottom, delivering concrete to various job sites, loading and dumping truck. Maintains appearance of truck. Completes all paperwork that may be necessary PRODUCTION ENGINEER Production Planning - Collects and compiles production data, creates process orders, validates data entries, and reviews sites. Inventory Management - Monitors and balances the book to physical inventory at each site at the product level. Maintenance Planning - As a super-user, provides SAP PM support to site management. Implement and maintain an improved work order method to include the implementation of new work order scheduling system that is currently being rolled out and mandated on the Corporate Roadmap. Master Data - Maintains SAP master data for recipes, materials, resources, equipment and functional location registry. Coordinate and assist RMX Area Managers, Aggregate Plant Managers, and the construction group in assuring FPE implementation / documentation and follow up. Be a resource to production teams for training, technical assistance, follow-up, trouble shooting, and special projects. Position Dimensions Experiences Required or Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3 - 5 years of experience in a construction environment preferred. Comprehensive personal computer software knowledge required. Knowledge of SAP is preferred. Supervisory experience is desired.
