Current Openings at Bankers Trust: Administrative Assistant II Provide administrative support to the Executive Secretary and to the CEO and President in the absence of the Executive Secretary. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES Transcribe letters and reports from dictation and prepare in final form Sort, open, and deliver mail Answer incoming calls and handle appropriately Copy and collate meeting packets Order supplies Setup and cleanup for meetings Enter data on call tracking system Meeting RSVP tracking Other general administrative duties EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent; two years' administrative experience required. Transcription experience desired. REQUIRED SKILLS Strong grammar, punctuation, sentence structure knowledge, and proofreading skills Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational and transcription skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, and multi-task environment Ability to be flexible and adaptable on short notice BANKERS TRUST HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION Affirmative Action/Equal opportunity Employer.
