Current Openings at Bankers Trust: Mortgage Loan Processor I The principal purpose of this position is to order appraisal, credit reports, abstracting, flood certificates, PMI, VOE's. Obtain and monitor required follow up documentation ordered during the processing of the file. Communicate among team members, realtor and borrowers. Submit well-organized and efficiently processed mortgage file to all underwriters. Review file prior to closing for missing initial loan documentation. Monitor exception reports for non-compliance files. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education/Experience: High School Diploma/GED, Minimum of one year processing experience/consumer lending preferred. Skills: Knowledge and understanding of entire mortgage loan process, Knowledge of Loan Prospector and Desktop Underwriter Good written and oral communication skills, Good customer service skills, Computer skills. Work Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Mon. - Fri. This position will be located in our Bankers Trust Omaha location.
