Business Analyst I - Agile

Current Openings at Bankers Trust: Business Analyst I - Agile Assists in the analysis of solutions to business problems in an agile environment. Acts as a liaison between business unit and Information Technology to identify appropriate solutions. Creates epics and stories to support the vision and roadmap for high-value system features and functionality. Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluation, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Act as an internal consultant to facilitate business process changes and re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiency. Utilizes Software Development Life Cycle practices and adheres to established processes for the analysis, design, testing, and rollout of new/modified computer applications. Manage relationships with end users and business owners to insure deliverables exceed expectations. Education/ Experience: 2 year degree in Computer Science or equivalent ,1-3 years experience in application development, database modeling, and reporting, 1-3 years experience in business analytics and change management Prior proven experience and success with systems analysis, design, implementation, and testing in an agile environment. Skills: Strong customer service skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, Prior/Current experience with Banking or Financial Institutions, Knowledge of Banking/Financial Institution regulatory requirements.
