Current Openings at Bankers Trust: Application Support Specialist This role provides resolution of Service Desk tickets assigned to Application Development Department. Provide referral of enhancement requests to Business Analyst for further discovery of requirements. Utilize Software Development Life Cycle practices and adheres to established processes for the analysis, design, testing, and rollout of new /modified computer applications. Create and update system documentation through various channels including MS Word, Visio, and SharePoint. Provide on-call support coverage during critical processing hours. Works with user to provide training and answer questions related to system use. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education/Experience: 2 year degree in Computer Science or equivalent, 1-3 years experience supporting Microsoft SharePoint, 1-3 years experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Skills: Strong customer service skills, excellent written and oral communication skills. Prior/Current experience with Banking or Financial Institutions. Knowledge of Banking/Financial Institution regulatory requirements.
