Accounts Payable Officer

Current Openings at Bankers Trust: Accounts Payable Officer Manages Accounts Payable process and systems daily for multiple entities (DSM, CR, MFC, SD, BTC Capital). Supervises Accounts Payable staff to ensure compliance with guidelines and overall bank progress. Primary contact with bank staff on invoices and expense reports. Prepares 1099 annual reporting and other financial reports. Manage and process employee expense reimbursement via eZcard. Lead and drive process improvement initiatives. Develop and monitor key performance factors for A/P staff. Provide special project support for vendor and expense analysis. Education/Experience: Four year degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent job related experience. Strong knowledge of accounting. Financial analysis and problem solving skills. Written and verbal communication and analytical skills. Strong PC Skills Excel preferred. Ability to multi - task.
