Customer Accounts Associate - Utility Billing
This position is responsible for billing City customers for water, sewer, and garbage services. Prepares utility accounts for bimonthly billing. Receives and responds to a high volume of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. Researches and analyzes utility account problems and establishes new utility accounts. Receives payments, balances cash and facilitates the collection of delinquent accounts. Performs data entry for billing and payment information. Provides primary backup support for Customer Accounts Associate Cashier position.
