Commercial Relationship Manager II or III

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Originate and service commercial banking relationships. Individual Portfolio Management (supervise a loan portfolio of $20 to $75 million); new business development; Bank/professional development); compliance with Regulations/Loan Policy. EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE : College degree in related field, required, 2-5 years of direct Commercial Banking experience; exposure to commercial lending, including customer and prospect calling. REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong credit analysis techniques; Loan evaluation skills, sales skills, negotiation skills, loan documentation; Knowledge of Bank Regulations, communications skills. SPECIAL NOTE: Grade will be based on candidate's experience; subject to Executive Committee approval. WORK SCHEDULE Full Time; Avg. Overtime/Wk.
