Commercial Loan Operations Representative I

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES : The primary purpose of this job is to provide support to the Commercial Lending areas and their customers as it pertains to all aspects of commercial loans. Process Loan Payments and Advances; upload/Input new loans into FIS; process loan maintenance; process and Review ticklers and system reports as they pertain to the FIS system; review commercial loan billings. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent, 6 to 12 months of previous payment and operations experience. REQUIRED SKILLS : Knowledge of payment process; knowledge of commercial loan documentation, PC Skills - Microsoft office products, knowledge of FIS processing systems, strong organizational skills, multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities, good communication skills both orally and written, customer service skills, both internal and external customers, good problem solving skills.
