ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: This position provides support to the Electronic Banking Department. Duties will include, but are not limited to processing and support of ACH, wire transfers, sweep accounts, ATM balancing and adjustments, internet banking and bill pay, Debit/Prepaid cards, and other electronic banking functions. Duties also include answering internal and external phone calls, and reconciling miscellaneous G.L. and deposit accounts. EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent; College Background preferred; Prior bank operations experience (preferred); Previous ACH, wire transfer, ATM, or card experience desired. REQUIRED SKILLS: Personal Computer Skills; Strong attention to detail; Organizational skills; Excellent customer service skills; Multitasking abilities; Problem solving skills; Excellent communication skills. WORK SCHEDULE : Full-time hours vary, beginning as early as 7:30 a.m. to ending at 6:30 p.m., Monday - Friday.
