ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Provide timely and quality financial spreading and analysis. Assist with the preparation of approval packets for commercial loan requests and annual reviews. Calculate and determine borrower's compliance with loan covenants. Support the credit risk function of the bank by performing other duties as assigned. Spread business and personal financial statements and prepare financial analysis, support commercial underwriting by inputting customer information into presentation format (i.e., Credit Quest), prepare appropriate cash flow analysis to determine borrower's ability to service debt obligations, independently calculate borrower financial covenants for compliance with loan agreements, prepare various reports that support management reporting and tracking, become familiar with Loan Policy and Loan Guidelines in order to determine compliance. EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other business related field of study, completion of 3rd year of secondary education and continuation to a bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other business related field of study. REQUIRED SKILLS: Some banking or other related financial experience desired, ability to research and understand commercial and commercial real estate lending and banking regulations, ability to deal effectively with customers and all levels of the bank organization, excellent oral and written communication skills.
