ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Accurately and timely processing of very large incoming customer deposits, including banks, branches and the Federal Reserve. Accurately and timely shipping of cash to customers, including banks, branches and the Federal Reserve. Researching and satisfying all customers' inquiries. Daily processing of all deposits and cash received by deadlines, tracking of all charges and fees, monthly reporting of charges, balancing of teller's cash, scanning of all deposits received by deadlines, regulating funds for all vaults in DSM, Omaha, PX, KC and SPR, shipping of cash orders to customers, branches and banks within all deadlines from all vault, research and completion of Currency Transaction Reports, daily and monthly reconciling of multi-million dollar accounts. EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent, customer contact, cash handling. REQUIRED SKILLS: Heavy cash handling, cash balancing, 10-key by touch, ability to multi-task and problem-solve, attention to detail, team oriented, follow detailed security measures, strong verbal communication skills, customer relation and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and to follow regulated procedures.
