FT Consumer Services Representative -Teller BT-Downtown

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES : This position will provide courteous efficient service to customers. Will be involved in ordering, receiving, verifying, and distributing cash. Balances cash drawer. Scans and processes daily transactions. Ability to be responsible for bank opening/closing and opening/closing of the vault. Solve customer problems. Accepts retail and/or commercial deposits, and payments for loans; verifying cash and endorsements. Buy and sell currency from the vault. EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE : High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED/PREFERRED SKILLS : Strong communication, customer relations skills and ability to problem solve. Relevant computer and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and make onthe-spot decisions regarding customer transactions, weighing customer satisfaction issues with Bank exposure to loss or fraud. Ability to work in a fast paced team environment. Is able to work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy. Is honest. Some clerical, administrative, cash handling, sales or customer service, 10-key experience preferred. WORK SCHEDULE : Full-time: Work Hours vary between 7:15 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. Monday - Friday, and two Saturdays a month from 7:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. BANKERS TRUST HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION "Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer" "Protected Veterans" and "Individual with Disability" Pre-employment drug screen required.
