Service Technician

We are growing! Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales, Inc., one of the largest semi-trailer dealers in the U.S. today, is seeking experienced, talented, customer service oriented trailer repair service technicians to join our 1st shift team in Sioux Falls. Candidates with skilled experience from related fields and military veterans with mechanical experience are encouraged to apply. The trailer repair service technician will service and repair semitrailers, including brakes, lights, seals and general maintenance to meet minimum DOT standards. Additional duties include replacing flooring, rub rails, doors and door trim, repairs to roofs, panels, nose panels and upper rails. Must be experienced in welding, electrical, fabrication, sheet metal and mechanical. Technicians must supply their own tools however those without are still encouraged to apply. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record, previous experience, fork-lift operation, ability to lift products generally less than 100 lbs on a non-regular basis.
