($18.95/hr) Position Specifics: Candidates will receive 911 and non-emergency phone calls and dispatch appropriate law enforcement,fire or EMS units. Candidates must become proficient in the operation of multiple computer systems, telephone and radio. Candidates must be willing to work full time in an exciting 24/7 environment. Minimum Qualifications: HS diploma or (GED); work under stressful conditions and react appropriately; typing speed of 40 or greater wpm corrected (proof of typing speed is required, no exceptions).
