E SSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES : The Loan Originator Assistant assists the loan originator with the loan process from application to closing. Monitor all transactions and help coordinate closings. input loan application into loan system, obtain credit report, quote and lock rates, organize loan file in stacking order, mail all loans documents to borrowers, review borrower supporting documents, request updated borrower documents when needed, review all borrower supporting documents, correct loan system and re-disclose when needed, assist with marketing, manage loan originator's pipeline, assist with closings and post funding requirements. EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE : High School Diploma/GED, 3 years mortgage experience.
