Corporate Trust Client Services Representative

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will provide account level support and client support for Corporate Trust relationships to include setup of accounts, daily administration and cross training/support for all administrative support functions. Post transactions into a variety of system applications (including AddVantage, TranStar), process various Internal customer transactions: process ACH/CRT for our customers, closed accounts, monthly debt service for Indenture issues, new business monthly processing, receipt in checks for bond payments, CD interest etc. , prepare check log of incoming checks, process registered holders wires/ACH's, cross-Train to provide support and coverage within the department, write and maintain procedures for daily responsibilities, setup new accounts in Addvantage via middle office or system, warrant registration, transfers, calls and interest payments, verify and shred the scanning of officer documents, prepare account files, scanning, copying, etc., copy bonds, prepare documents for officer signature, monthly sinking fund payment on the 15th of each month for sales tax issues and all process performed throughout the month for these types of issues. EDUCATION/EXPEREINCE: High school or equivalent, 2 to 3 years of business or banking experience REQUIRED SKILLS: Excel, Word, Intranet/Extranet, basic understanding of debits/credits and balancing, customer service skills; good phone skills, ability to prioritize and work efficiently.
