Buyer - Goods and Services
Responsible for the administration of procurement processes including both pre and post-award functions related to the procurement of goods and services. This includes specification and scope of work review, solicitation planning, issuance of quote requests and invitation to bid documents, solicitation advertisement, solicitation receiving, evaluation and determination of successful proposer, award, generating purchase orders, contract development and closeout and processing of amendments.
