Reporting to the Head of FP&A the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for coordination of the consolidation, reporting and analysis of Capex, Opex, and headcount forecasts including the business plan. The successful candidate will partner with the ANZ business and provide strategic and analytical support with a primary focus on business growth and profitability.Other key responsibilities include:
- Manage the overall ANZ planning and forecasting process including the annual planning cycle and monthly and quarterly forecasts for the current year
- Partnering with designated business units to ensure financial results are reported and recorded accurately
- Reviewing financial results and partner with the business to analyse key variances to plan and forecast
- Provide financial guidance to functions supported, enabling sound business decisions consistent with strategic direction of ANZ business
- Preparation and assisting in the development of business cases to justify key business initiatives and the financial implications
- Establish financial performance metrics and positions based on data and available information
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in accountancy or similar
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Proven track record with 4+ years of experience in financial accounting/commercial finance roles
- Strategic thinking, well developed analytical skills
- Commercial exposure to large global organisations
- Business planning experience
- Experience in SAP, Bex, Sales Force, Hyperion would be an advantage
- Experience of subscription based businesses desirable
- Ability to work across countries and cultures
- Well developed interpersonal skills to build and maintain collaborative relationships
- Strong organizational/ project management skills
