Description:
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
Provide financial and business support to the Small Law field sales channel. This position will play a key role in providing decision making support to Small Law leadership to optimize sales and revenue growth.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
-Partner with management & senior leadership to understand sales & revenue drivers and monitor performance against established targets.
-Establish and maintain strong business partnerships and cross-functional relationships to provide decision support.
-Analyze and model various compensation drivers for the sales force.
-Think creatively to assist the business in generating ideas to grow sales and revenue.
-Collaborate with sales, compensation and commission business partners to deliver accurate and timely results.
-Take a lead role in the annual revenue, territory and sales planning processes by providing guidance, support and analytics.
-Initiate continual process improvement efforts that enhance timeliness and accuracy
-Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.-Manage workflow and development of Senior Analyst

REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelors Degree in Finance of Accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred
-7+ years experience in accounting or finance
-Proven project management skills with the ability to handle a diverse workload with tight time frame requirements and competing resources
-Prior experience with a sales organization preferred
-Financial analysis, financial modeling, planning, forecasting and management reporting experience
-Experience in use and application of PC, mainly Excel and Access
-Strong analytical and quantitative skills
-Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. A proven ability to present information to all levels of management
-Financial Systems experience, including knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, Cognos, BEX and Web Intelligence preferred
