We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Financial Analyst to join our Free Cash Flow team based in Eagan, MN! This position will collaborate with and provide sound financial support for Thomson Reuters’ free cash flow (FCF), a key metric in external reporting, and working capital management. These objectives include partnering with TR Corporate and F&R FP&A on the free cash flow plan, forecasts, and working capital metrics, as well as completing monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc free cash flow reporting and analyses. This role will also collaborate across TR and TR F&R to improve working capital reporting and drive working capital improvement initiatives and other special projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reporting TR F&R working capital and FCF results, providing timely reporting and analysis on annual planning, monthly forecasts and actual reporting to support TR consolidated reporting.
- Partner with F&R finance management to review results and analyze opportunities to improve FCF and working capital reporting processes and results.
- Monitor F&R’s balance sheets and understand FCF and working capital assumptions, risks & opportunities to drive working capital improvement initiatives with business partners.
- Coordinate the planning processes in Cognos with F&R.
- Monitor operational metrics such as DSO, DIO and DPO; identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare presentations and present the results to the TR and F&R FP&A teams, Controllership Management, and other stakeholders based on FCF and FP&A deadlines and deliverables.
- Subject matter expert on DSO and AR Aging and manage the reporting relationship with our GSC FCF team partners
- Work on a broad scope of special projects, ad hoc analysis and other duties as assigned. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field
- CPA preferred, MBA a plus
- Seven years + progressive accounting and finance experience
- Strong working knowledge of financial reporting
- Experience in free cash flow, working capital management and/or financial metrics
- Strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and ad-hoc deliverables
- Excellent communication skills: ability to present information in a variety of different formats and to all levels of the organization
- Highly motivated with ability to collaborate, influence and drive results in matrix organization
- Personal flexibility with the ability to work as needed to meet month end close and reporting deadlines and accommodate global time zones
- Knowledge of SAS FM, SAP and Cognos is beneficial
- Proficient in Excel, MS Office and PowerPoint
