ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Relationship banking moves away from traditional teller stations and toward a more personal approach for our customers, one in which they will be able to take care of all their banking needs with one person - their Relationship Banker. Candidate will actively promote the sale of bank products and services to existing and prospective customers at our Deerfield Branch. Products and services include accounts, installment loans, credit life and disability insurance, IRAs, CDs, etc. Each Relationship Banker will operate a full teller drawer. EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE : High School Diploma/GED. One year banking experience or equivalent work experience in a customer contact position with emphasis on sales of products and services. Previous lending experience desired. Must attain Credit life & disability insurance licenses within 180 days. REQUIRED SKILLS : Excellent public/customer contact skills, demonstrated sales skills. Strong communication, balancing, cash handling, typing, and CRT skills.
