Ready-Mix Batchman RESPONSIBILITIES: Efficiently batches product with the proper mix and water content, making any necessary raw material and moisture adjustments. Batching, inventory management, communicating need of raw material deliveries and occasional preventative maintenance Ensure efficiency of drivers through the batch plant Work effectively with external and internal customers QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of one to three years related experience and/ or training performing batching, blending or quality assurance functions. Demonstrated ability to multi-task with a track record of performing with high ethical standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP experience a plus Ability to compute rates, rations and percentages Basic computer skills with ability to use batch mixing system. Equipment Operator - Sweeper RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate a vacuum truck sweeper and maintain the plant facility to environmental requirements, including cleaning manhole covers and catch basins. Maintain and care of the sweeper, as well as a back-up for the batch man and yard laborer. Be in compliance of the company's health, safety, and environmental policies, proactively seeking ways in which to improve and uphold the safety of the work environment.
