Current referral network required. Essential Responsiblities: Originates mortgage loans &cross sell bank products, Provides quality fi les to all investors, Fosters & consistently demonstrates responsivequality customer service, Enhances and maintains knowledge on compliance, CRA and regulatory issues,and secondary market products and guidelines, Creates marketing pieces to correspond with agents andcustomers (past, present & future) generating new business, Other duties as assigned. Education/Experience: College Degree preferred or equivalent experience, 3 years current or recent mortgage lending experience preferred. Required Skills: Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and general underwriting policies and guidelines, Good customer relation and selling skills, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Negotiation Skills, Knowledge of Word and Excel Windows programs. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and is subject to the requiredregistration process, which includes a criminal background check and credit check.
