Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you could be asked to: Manage various documents for the department (scan, classify, enter computer data, etc.); Manage and implement mechanical and electrical inventory (control, purchase, update, etc.); Confirm parts inventory information found in the software; Manage all equipment files (update, part list, warranties, etc.); Manage the Maintenance software (on-site training); Assist and follow up on preventative tasks with the different managers and supervisors; Receive materials and other items, compile them and store them appropriately in the department; Complete purchasing requisitions for the purchase of mechanical and electrical parts and track their receiving; Perform other duties as assigned Marmen Energy offers job security and great benefits for full-time employees and eligible part-time employees, including: Life insurance/AD&D, medical plans, dental plans, vision plan, long term and short term disability insurance, 401K, holidays, paid time off, unpaid personal days and company-paid uniforms.
