Here are a few of our current openings: Ready Mix Concrete Batchman Responsibilities: Efficiently batches product with the proper mix and water content, making any necessary raw material and moisture adjustments. - Batching, inventory management, communicating need of raw material deliveries and occasional preventative maintenance - Ensure efficiency of drivers through the batch plant - Work effectively with external and internal customers Qualifications: Minimum of one to three years related experience and/or training performing batching, blending or quality assurance functions. - Demonstrated ability to multi-task with a track record of performing with high ethical standards. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP experience a plus - Ability to compute rates, rations and percentages - Basic computer skills with ability to use batch mixing system.
