Job Description REPORTS TO: Counter Manager for day-to-day activities Store Manager OBJECTIVE: To maximize cosmetic and fragrance sales by developing customer relationships and thorough product knowledge. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Building multiple sales through the following techniques: Stepping out of the cosmetic bay Demonstrating products Explaining product benefits Keeping counter and testers clean and inviting 2. Develop relationships with customers to insure future sales. Maintain and use customer registry for continuous customer contact 3. Administrative Maintenance of personal daily and weekly sales record 4. Maintenance of Stock Keep shelves and countertopsneat and clean. Rotate stock as necessary. Keep list of out-of-stock merchandise andcustomer requests. 5.
